Basic Communication
A child's cry is a basic form of communication, non-verbal at that too. First advertising was done in Pompeii a site that was very well preserved by the Mt. Vesuvius. The advertising were a form of campaigning about those people who were contesting elections. The oldest profession and the oldest form of alcohol were also primarily advertised on the walls of Pompeii.
